GROUP FITNESS
We offer intimate group classes with a low client to instructor ratio to ensure proper form and to allow for individualized modifications throughout each class.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Our signature group exercise class has it all!! The Functional Fitness exercise class challenges you to the “core”. It incorporates all of the major muscle groups as well as the muscles you never knew you had! You will get 45 minutes of efficient, quality functional movements that will enhance not only the “trouble areas” but also it will nourish your spine, revitalize your postural muscles and strengthen your core with every movement. You will leave the class feeling as if you have been challenged in every way; feeling refreshed and re-energized as your metabolism speeds up and your posture, strength and flexibility all improve.
PRE/POST-NATAL FITNESS
For new or expectant Moms, this class will provide 45 minutes of essential stretches, strengthening and relaxation techniques for the child-bearing year.
STRONG BONES
Learn the basics of Osteoporosis and Osteopenia and how to prevent, minimize or delay the onset of symptoms related to these conditions. You will leave the class feeling invigorated, empowered and taller!
SPORTS CONDITIONING CIRCUIT
Enhance your game with this circuit training class that will improve your core strength and stability, endurance and power. Emphasis will be on improving quality of movement patterns that allow for a more effective sport performance. Exercises that have been shown to reduce the incidence of ACL and other joint injury will be incorporated into this class making it great for high-school athletes, especially females who tend to be more prone to these injuries.
CONTINENCE TRAINING
Improve pelvic floor muscle health and prevent or reduce incontinence by learning simple relaxation, strengthening and postural awareness exercises. These exercises will also help reduce symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.
JUST STRETCH!
45 minutes of pure stretching to allow for proper motion at all major joints and to relieve tension. Fusion of Eastern stretching, postural awareness and basic sports stretching techniques and poses. Great for clients with back, neck or other joint pain.
